By commissioning and buying any product from me, you agree that you've read and understood all of the following terms:

1. General Info
These terms cover the sale, use, and rights related to my (Nuudls) digital artwork. By purchasing any artwork or commission, you agree to these terms.2. Copyright and Usage LicenseAll artwork created by me is protected by copyright.When you buy the artwork, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only—unless we agree otherwise.Commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or major modifications to the artwork are not allowed without my permission.The artwork cannot be used for AI training, NFT creation, or any other commercial projects without explicit agreement.3. Payment and DeliveryPrices are listed in Euros (€) and must be paid in full before the artwork is delivered, unless we explicitly agreed otherwise.Please note that the listed prices are subject to change at any time and are not fixed.I only accept payments via Paypal or Ko-fi.Delivery will be in the agreed digital format through Discord, Email, or another platform we've arranged. I will not send a printed & physical version to you!4. Customization and Changes/ Refund and CancellationExtraordinary modifications outside of listing may result in extra charges not listed in prices. Smaller tweaks may be requested throughout the process, but major changes might be denied or result in additional charges.I reserve the right to deny changes if they do not fit with my art-style.I do reserves the right to decline a commission any time if the request does not align with my artistic vision or capabilities.Since this is a digital product, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the artwork is more than 25% completed (usually after the sketch stage and before I start coloring).I have the right to cancel a commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent me as the artist from finishing the commission. In this case you'll receive the full refund.If I cancel a commission due to rude or inappropriate behavior, harrassment, as well as poor communication, I'll refund the amount of money equivalent to the amount of work not done.If the client is unreachable during the refund process for 3 Months, the refund will no longer be issued.5. Artist's Rights and Portfolio UsageI keep all rights to the artwork and may use it for my portfolio, self-promotion, or on social media, unless we agree otherwise. I will give Credits for character, if posted publicy.
If anonymity is requested, I will respect this request and not add said watermark6. Prohibited Uses
The buyer may not:- Claim the artwork as your own.
- Edit, remove watermarks, or alter the artwork heavily without permission.
- Use the artwork in commercial projects without prior approval.
- Use the artwork in any harmful, defamatory, or illegal context.7. Liability DisclaimerI am not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the artwork.I am not responsible for any loss or damage to the files that occurs after successfull delivery.I'm not liable for delays due to technical issues or third-party platform failures.8. Amendments to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. I will keep track of changes and provide dates.9. Contact
